…But I’m working on an update for my story for “SLEEPLESS CLUB,” my Itachi and Hinata friendship series. More accurately, the sequel to the first long oneshot, also called “Sleepless Club.” 

Preview:

She sucked in a deep breath. “Where’s Kisame?”

Itachi shifted slightly and his hand tightened on hers. “He’s
probably at the rendezvous point. Waiting for me.”

A hot wave of anger crashed through Hinata’s veins. “He expected
you to kill me.”

“He expected me to take you out of commission. At least for a
couple of days.” Itachi amended.

With her indignation fueling her, she felt decent enough to open
both eyes and look at Itachi’s face. He returned her gaze, bloody tears
dripping down from an eye.

“You both think I’m weak,” she accused.

Itachi sighed and turned his head away from her so he could
cough. “Not me. Not anymore.” 

After a pause he looked forward and leaned his
head back against the wall before admitting: “You almost killed me.”
Itachi blinked slowly, his long lashes brushing his cheeks on the down stroke.

“But I didn’t.” Hinata whimpered. Her tears were slowly subsiding.

“Aa.”

Where the heck is the first part ? I would like it now.
